The consequence is lost opportunities, poor decision making and low levels of engagement with initiatives within the organisation.

The All About Results leadership programme creates a community of leaders engaged in continuous learning within and beyond the ‘boundaries’ of the business. It encourages connection and collaboration as well as supporting leaders to develop the know-how, skills and courage to lead bravely.

We combine interactive business training sessions with charity and community projects and coaching and mentoring. This creates a learning experience which connects the dots and delivers fantastic long-term impact for all stakeholders.

How do we do it?

Conscious leadership paradigm

The business training elements of our leadership programme are based on the principles of conscious leadership. It is a paradigm of openness, curiosity and learning. The 12 learning modules combine face to face group sessions with blended learning and practical activities to put the learnings into practice.


From the very beginning of the programme we facilitate the creation of a supportive leadership community within the business through peer coaching and accountability groups. We also help create links with the charity and community organisations which would create the biggest mutual benefits and the best fit for your values and leadership development goals.


Leaders are supported in their progress through the programme by our network of highly skilled, experienced and accredited coaches. A coaching skills programme to further develop the skills of your leaders can be built in.

‘Joined up’

We work with you on the communication and engagement plan for the programme from the very outset to smooth resistance and build energy and involvement – and to keep the momentum going. All of the learning materials are made accessible through your own learning and development or document management systems.
