Sales training is most often run by archetypal salespeople and yet many small business owners struggle to relate to that persona.

By dramatic contrast, I started my career in accountancy and, after several different finance roles, moved across to the bright light of sales and sales training. I could see that you didn’t have to be a born salesperson to sell and so I set about creating a sales approach that delivered results without selling your soul.

I work with sales teams and Business Owners to craft their distinct way of selling – one which reflects their values and works in their particular market.

Learn the core skills you need to sell with integrity

As the owner of a small business you undoubtedly wear many hats. If the sales hat is the one you least like, or you quite like it but feel that your sales technique is ‘hit and miss’, I can help.

In this half-day workshop you’ll learn the basics of good selling – what it looks and sounds like – and how to apply the skills to your own business

We will work on the mindset and skills that sit behind a confident, structured approach to sales. By breaking the art of selling into its component parts you’ll see how to make it more doable and less daunting.

Ahead of the workshop you will have a small exercise to complete. I’ll ask you to define the prospects you would want to turn into customers – and provide you with some pointers to help.

What we will cover

  • How to engage prospects so that they want to talk to you
  • How to create a need or desire when the prospect doesn’t yet know they have one.
  • How to build the need once they do recognise it exists.
  • How to create trust in you and your solution as the best option.
  • How to guide your potential customers to a good buying decision.

Time, space and places

  • The Curious Lounge, 1st Floor, Pinnacle Building, 20 Tudor Rd, Reading RG1 1NH.
  • The workshop will run from 9.30 a.m – 1.00 p.m. (Refreshments from 9.00 a.m)
  • Proposed dates are April 6th and April 30th and will run with a minimum of 8 people.

Cost

The cost per person is £95 and includes refreshments throughout the morning

I want you to get loads of value from the workshop – and to feel confident in raving about it to other businesses. Therefore, if, further down the line,  you introduce me to a business which becomes a sales training client, where I run a programme for their sales team, I will refund your fee twice over – IE You get £90!

Register your interest, specifying which dates you can attend, by close of play on March 19th 2020 by clicking here.  I will then confirm dates on March 20th and invite you to accept your place.

If the dates offered are over-subscribed additional dates will be added in May 2020.
